Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble with Bimbal, please try the following instructions in this order:
Browsers
Make sure you have an up-to-date, compatible browser. Use Chrome and update it.

Clear the caches
Your browser stores temporary files (like images and scripts) to speed up loading times, but outdated files can sometimes cause problems. To avoid this problem, we ask you to clear your cache when you encounter problems or when you update bimbal.

Backup
Make sure you have an up-to-date backup
Staging
Tests
Run several tests to try to reproduce the unwanted behavior by varying the following parameters:
- users
- access rights
- companies
- browser
Take notes and captures of your tests
