Question

Use this category when you need clarification or guidance about how Bimbal works.
We will help you understand a feature, a workflow, or the recommended way to perform an action.

Issue

Select this option if something does not work as expected:
unexpected behavior, error messages, incorrect calculations, missing actions, or any malfunction.

Nice to Have (Improvement Request)

Use this category to suggest improvements or new ideas:
small enhancements, usability improvements, additional options, or anything that could make Bimbal better.

Migration Request

Select this category for everything related to migrating your Bimbal environment:
upgrading to a newer version, transferring data, or preparing a migration plan.


Information to include in your ticket

To help us assist you efficiently, please include:

  • A clear title describing your request

  • A description of the situation with: 

    • The BIM, Variant, or document involved (if applicable)

    • The steps to reproduce the issue (in case of a bug)

  • The URL of the relevant database (copy/paste from your browser's address bar)

  • Screenshots or videos (if relevant)

The more information you provide, the faster we can help.


Follow-up and Response Time

Once submitted, your ticket will be reviewed by our team.
